For over 20 years, Thomas and Paolo have founded and grown an international executive search and business consultancy with previous emphasis in the hospitality, financial and pharmaceutical sector, serving some of the biggest global brands in over 10 countries.
They have successfully facilitated the placement of numerous senior positions and sourced volume products and partner with clients globally. Alongside their experience managing a food and pharma distribution business, they develop tailored recruitment and consultancy solutions designed to meet diverse needs, regardless of size or complexity.
Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneurial CEO, accomplished headhunter, and experienced business consultant with a proven track record across diverse industries. Alongside his long-term business partner Paolo, he successfully built and expanded a global hospitality business consultancy and executive search firm, establishing a robust industry presence. Thomas later ventured into the pharmaceutical sector, where he worked with governmental clients to introduce innovative wound-healing medical devices across the African market.
As the driving force behind all executive search and consultancy projects, Thomas oversees business development, marketing, research accounts, client relations, and contracts, ensuring tailored solutions and impactful outcomes for clients.
Paolo is an experienced and entrepreneurial COO/CFO with a strong background in hospitality and across various industries, including food and pharmaceutical distribution. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and expertise in operations and finance, he has a proven track record in successfully implementing business strategies. Together with Thomas, Paolo built the company from the ground up, establishing a solid foundation for growth and client success.
