project initiation and detailed proposal.

PC begins each project with a thorough briefing session with the client to understand the specific requirements for services, products, or executive roles. Within three days, a comprehensive proposal is submitted, detailing the project scope, timelines, and final terms for the client's approval.

project commencement and action plan.

Once the client approves the proposal and the retainer is received, the project begins immediately. PC assigns a dedicated project manager to oversee the project, whether it's for resourcing services, products, or executive personnel. The PM starts by compiling a bespoke target list, analysing and researching relevant markets, companies, and individuals that align with the client's project objectives.

strategic market research and networking.

As part of the early stages of the project, the PM conducts an extensive market analysis to identify key players—whether they are service providers, product suppliers, or potential candidates for executive roles. The project's success is further supported by PC's extensive network, which is leveraged during this phase to uncover additional leads and resources, ensuring a comprehensive resourcing strategy.

outreach and engagement campaign.

With the target list in hand, the consultant undertakes an intensive cold-calling and outreach effort, directly engaging with potential service providers, product suppliers, or executive candidates. This engagement is designed to foster relationships, gauge interest, and qualify suitability for the project. Prompt follow-up ensures all promising opportunities are thoroughly explored.

evaluation and screening process.

During the project, the PM conducts a detailed evaluation of all individuals, services, or products. For executive roles, this includes interviews and reference checks, while for service or product resourcing, thorough assessments and quality checks are carried out. The objective is to ensure that every option presented meets the client's project specifications.

briefing and information sharing.

A bespoke competency or suitability questionnaire is developed for each executive search project, addressing the key requirements outlined in the brief. This ensures that the project remains focused on the most appropriate resources and avoids unproductive avenues.

competency and suitability assessment.

Once suitable candidates, service providers, or product suppliers are identified, the PM prepares a detailed project brief. This brief provides all the necessary information, clearly presenting the client's expectations and requirements. For executive roles, this ensures that only highly qualified candidates are approached, while for products or services, the brief helps streamline the selection process. A bespoke competency or suitability questionnaire is developed for each executive search project.

progress reporting and client communication.

Throughout the executive search project, the PM provides regular progress reports to the client for executive search updates, keeping them informed of key milestones, outreach and efforts.

final shortlist and project completion.

For executive search projects, a shortlist of at least three qualified candidates will be presented within 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the project timeline. Similarly, for services or product resourcing, a one-off comparison report including a curated selection of vetted providers or products will be presented (between 3 and 5 options). The PM continues the resourcing process until a satisfactory match is found, ensuring the project concludes with the desired outcome.
